Through the authority of the House of Encarnacion Sovereign Trust, supported by international law, we have legally activated the release of Puerto Rico from U.S. colonial law using:

✅ Treaty Law enforcement (1533, 1898, 1952 violations)
✅ Tier-0 Legal Sovereignty Decree recognized under spiritual and constitutional law
